Compensation and thermocouple wires
PC TESEY offers foreign-made stranded thermocouple extension (compensation) wires. Main wire types are given in the table.
Standard bundle length is 250 m. Wires can be also supplied on reels, up to 1000 m long.
Accuracy class according to GOST 60584-3: 1 or 2.

Solid thermocouple wire with mullite-silica, ceramic and silica fibre insulation are designed for use in high temperature conditions. These wires can be used for production of thermocouples (modification CTx 02.21) used as "charging" or "control" thermocouples in thermal processing equipment, homogenizing, annealing, ageing and tempering furnaces.
"Charging" ("embedded") thermocouples are used for temperature measurement of details, prototypes, blanks and feedstock. Charging thermocouple is installed inside material charge or in touch with it.
"Control" thermocouple is used for heating uniformity control or thermal field uniformity control during certification of furnace or other equipment.
