Fitting is designed for installation in any thermowell model or weldolet UNKJ 034.4-20-Схх-D-L of CTx sensors in modifications 01.01, 01.02, 02.01, 01.05, 01.09, and also of TCS (TCB) 01.06 sensors, and resistance thermometers PRTD (CRTD) 102, 106 and 108.
Kit contents: 1¾pressure fitting; 1 pc., 2¾sealing bush, 2 pcs.; 3¾adjustment ring, 1 pc.
Pressure fitting material – steel 20Cr13, adjustment ring ¾steel 12Cr18Ni10Т. Sealing sleeve is made of thermally expanded graphite.
Maximum allowable fitting temperature: +500°С.
Nominal (rated) pressure 1 MPa.
During connection assembly it is necessary to control armour pins condition (thermocouple body). Pin surface should not have indention, dint, scratch and other defects that can damage sealing efficiency. It is possible to cut sealing sleeve in cross-section at 45° for installation by means of end opening and side winding to armour pin.
Mounting fitting is a reusable sealing. In case of sealing reuse it is necessary to follow rings relationship.
Sealing sleeves are explosion-proof, flame-proof and flame-resistant.
Mounting fitting allows to select clearance between thermocouple working end and thermowell bottom. This provides considerable reduction of sensor response.  Moreover, this allows to install thermocouples with various fitting length to the same thermowell, thus, thermocouples are replaceable.
