These assemblies are designed for temperature measurement. Assemblies can be used for temperature distribution control in vessel or furnace volume.
General industrial versions and explosion protection versions - explosion-proof sheath (Exd) or intrinsically safe circuit «ia» (Exi) according to GOST 30852.13-2002 are available.
Assembly consists of several 02.01 thermocouples with different insertion length. Number of measurement points is equal to the number of thermocouples 02.01 mounted on header flange manufactured according to GOST 12815-80, DIN 1092, ASME B16.5-2003. Junction box is mounted on the sensor header flange by means of interface box.
Multipoint assembly is manufactured on the basis of specific drawings agreed with the Customer. The drawings should specify flange type, interface box design (free wires or junction box), measurement transmitters availability, probe length values and other parameters. If required, terminal box can be positioned away from connecting flange by means of corrugated metal hose.
03.17 assembly is equipped with leak monitoring cell. It is recommended to install such assembly directly in the medium being measured. Leak monitoring unit can be equipped with pressure sensor with digital signal via HART protocol (sensor availability and type should be specified in the drawing). In chemically aggressive media it is recommended to use versions with increased cable wall thickness with mineral isolation diameter 6 mm and more.
Terminal box can be equipped with measuring transmitters with 4-20 mА DC output signal according to GOST 26.011 and/or digital signal via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, FOUNDATION Fieldbus protocol, and also cable glands for additional cable fastening, and metal hose fastening, if required. Agreed drawing of the multipoint assembly should also indicate number and type of cable glands.
