These sensors are designed for the use as "charging" or "control" thermocouples in heat treatment equipment, such as soaking pits, annealing, ageing and tempering furnaces.
"Charging" ("embedded") thermocouples are used for temperature measurement of details, prototypes, blanks and feedstock. Charging thermocouple is installed inside material charge or in touch with it.
Control thermocouple is used for heating uniformity control or thermal field uniformity control during certification of furnace or other equipment.
Thermocouple is made of single-wire conductors with mullite silica, ceramic or silica fibre insulation.
Thermocouple with insulation made of ceramic beads up to 25 mm long are also available. By special order thermocouple with ceramic beads up to 10mm long can be produced.
