Are designed for liquid, gaseous, and granular media temperature measurement, and also for solid surface temperature measurement.
It is permitted to bend sensors to put hot junction in measuring area, if thermocouple is used in complex-geometry equipment or hard-to-get-at places.
Thermocouple with 3, 4.5mm outer diameter and installed length 20 meters and more, are recommended for power boiler wall temperature monitoring. Maximum installed length of 3mm diameter thermocouple can be equal to 600 m (for pit and well installation). 1.0-1.5mm diameter thermocouples are suitable for research precision high-speed temperature measurement of small-size objects.
Thermocouple wire leads can be lengthened by means of extension lead. Joint is put in reducing sleeve and sealed. Thermocouple clip can be installed at free wire ends.
Movable fittings UNKJ 031 (see section 10) designed for 1.0 MPa rated pressure are used for sensor installation at site. For application area extension CTx 02.01 thermocouples can be manufactured with welded (soldered) mounting elements in compliance with the Customer's drawings.
02.19 and 02.34 modifications are designed for solid surface temperature measurement. 02.19 are fixed to the surface by means of pin, 02.34 end is welded to the surface (see pic. 4 pages 2-15).
Sensors can be of explosion protection type 0ExiaIICT6 X according to GOST 30852.10-2002. For further details see "Alternative designs & Ordering information" below.
If required, thermocouples with 4-20 mА DC signal and/or digital signal via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, FOUNDATION Fieldbus protocol, can be equipped with remote measuring transmitters.
