Are basic structures for all subsequent thermocouple modifications. Versions with terminal heads 005 and 006 are used as replaceable temperature elements in block-modular modifications of 01.07, 01.20, 01.21, 01.23, 01.24 sensors, and 01.06, 01.08, 01.16 sensors respectively.
These sensors are designed for temperature measurement in liquid and gaseous non-corrosive media, and also corrosive media that do not damage protective cover material.
Temperature sensor can be bent to locate hot junction in required measurement area. Bend radius is not less than five times of cable diameter.
01.01 modification is also executed as 000 version. It is necessary to take care during connection due to possible thermocouple wire damage. 01.02 or 02.01 modification s recommended as an operating sensor. List of possible terminal head designs is given in "Alternative designs & Ordering information" table below.
Movable fittings UNKJ 031 (see section 10) designed for 1.0 MPa rated pressure are used for sensor installation at site. For application area extension CTxx 01.02 thermocouples can be manufactured with welded (soldered) mounting elements in compliance with the Customer's drawings.
