01.22 тип ТППТ, ТПРТ

Thermocouple is leak-tight in applications and is designed for nominal (rated) pressure up to 1 MPa. Thermocouple design is protected from hot gas leakage into thermocouple head in case of thermowell destruction.
Thermocouple equipped with outer silicon carbide thermowell and inner aluminium-oxide ceramic thermowell is used for temperature measurement of hot blast furnaces where abrasive particles are available, and also chemically corrosive media.
If there is no abrasive wear in the structure, it is possible to use set of thermowells made of aluminium-oxide ceramic.
Ceramic thermowell has partial outer armouring with heat-resistant stainless steel AISI 310 tube. Under operating conditions temperature in transition joint of ceramic and metal thermowell sections should not exceed 1000 C.

For thermocouple connection at site it can be equipped with movable flange UNKJ 030, or lock flange MB2-32 (see section 11). Flange mounting dimensions should be agreed with the Customer. For measuring circuit connection thermocouples can be equipped with thermocouple adapter ATPP

Note: to prevent ceramic thermowell destruction due to high temperature gradient when thermowell is immersed in working medium, thermocouple heating rate should not exceed 150°С/min.
